After last spring's dates, Arte Sui Tubi, the artistic-musical experience of Marta Sui Tubi, is back: the group brings this unpredictable show to the capital, as part of Bizzarra:
BIZARRA is the first teatronovela of the world, and also the only one, from the mind of the Argentinean Rafael Spregelburdone of the most important contemporary playwrights on the international scene.
The BIZARRA project is unique in its kind because it does not present itself as a simple show but as an attempt to create an alternative, an event that reacts to a system that, in such difficult times for our country, seems obsolete. In fact, the original project was born in Buenos Aires at a time of great economic difficulty, when Spregelburd called together actors, theatre artists and technicians to respond to the crisis and unemployment with a colossal and unthinkable undertaking. Which then succeeded beyond all expectations by becoming a true worldwide 'case' of new communication. The peculiarity of BIZARRA in Rome lies in the cooperation between different independent realities of the capital's theatrical and artistic scene, which come together to create a huge project, just when everything seems destined to shrink.
The meeting between the music of Marta sui Tubi and Bizzarra is scheduled for Saturday 11 December at 22.00 at Angelo Mai, via Terme di Caracalla 55, Rome.
Marta Sui Tubi arrive at Sapukai, the imaginary club where the episodes of Bizzarra take place, and on stage they will give a concert that will mix with the vicissitudes of the actors, including the owner of the club played by Giorgio Sorrentino.
