Barley Arts is sorry to announce that the Italian date of Alex Aiono, scheduled for next Wednesday 29 May 2019 at Menagerie by Milan, was deleted due to unforeseen commitments of the artist.
Those who have already bought a ticket for the concert can request a refund in the following ways:
- Tickets purchased at a Ticketone point of sale: The refund can be claimed at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the venue: the refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier: the customer must send the tickets by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 10 June 2019 (postmarked) to the address TicketOne S.p.A., Via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milan (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).
The deadlines for claiming reimbursement are set strictly by 10 June 2019 at the latest.
