EmanEmanuele Aceto was born in Catanzaro on 25 June 1983.

At the age of 11 he started playing the guitar and approached the world of songwriting, writing his first lyrics. Prompted by some communication difficulties, he plunged headlong into music and in 2001 became a singer. Eman.

Involved in the thriving reggae and dancehall scene in Catanzaro, he became passionate about the genre and in 2005 formed his first sound system, Pennywiseparticipating in numerous open mics throughout Italy.

The meeting and collaboration with DJ producer Mattia Masciari (SKG) led to the publication of their first totally self-produced album: Like Vinegar (2009). With the collective Kuanshotperforms in several Italian cities, attracting an increasingly large audience.

In 2012, thanks to the success of the song Insaneis noticed by Sony Music Italywhich puts him under contract.

Even the web has not remained indifferent to the Emanso much so that the individual Amenin 2015, it was for weeks at the top of the charts in the Viral 50 by Spotify. Subsequently, in February 2016, the AMEN (Sony Music Italy)the first official album by Emanwhich reached 37th place in the FIMI charts.

Eman's repertoire, which is difficult to label, explores musical worlds that are often opposite: from reggae to dark, from electro-rock to contemporary and internationally inspired music. The originality of his compositions is matched by his committed lyrics, which are often a vehicle for social messages or denunciations (as in the case of Amen o Excuse me), but also ironic and provocative (Love in times of spreads, Wake up, Dust and Bones). The combination of these elements gives rise to the unique style that has distinguished the young Calabrian singer-songwriter since 2005.

During its intense live activity in 2016, theAmenTour recorded several sold out in Rome, Milan, Bologna, Cosenza and Catanzaro (where he made a double sold out at the Politeama Theatre).
