Walking With Dinosaurs - The Arena Spectacular, the show based on the award-winning BBC TV series, after its Milan dates, lands from Wednesday 27 to Sunday 31 March to theUnipol Arena in Casalecchio di Reno (BO).
On the occasion of reruns of Casalecchio di Reno (BO) by Wednesday 27 March, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 there will be a shuttle serviceoperating as follows: the outward journeys will be active from from 5.30 p.m.with a frequency of 20 minutes from Bologna Central Station- Viale Pietramellara (stop I - pharmacy/post office side), with last departure scheduled for 7.30 p.m.Return journeys will be made at the end of the show from the Unipol Arena to Stazione Centrale. The following intermediate stops are planned for the return trips only: Ospedale Maggiore, San Felice, Marconi, Piazza dei Martiri, Amendola. Travellers must carry a ticket, a special ticket for route 675 at a cost of € 5.00 each way, on sale at the Piazza Medaglie d'Oro railway station ticket office and can also be purchased on board.

This is not the usual exhibition, but an hour and forty minute live documentary in which we will witness scenes of love, fighting and play between creatures that went extinct millions of years ago, reconstructed absolutely faithfully based on the latest scientific research, and animated by new cutting-edge technologiesthat allow these giants to roam the stage with a fluidity that will leave young and old alike open-mouthed. Italian actors will take turns on stage Emanuele Vezzolie Carlo Caprioliwho will tell us about prehistoric adventures in a documented but never banal manner.
Nine species will populate the stage to represent the 200 million years that dinosaurs ruled the Earth. Starring in the show will be the terrifying Tyrannosaurus Rextogether with the Plateosaurusand the Liliensternusof the Triassic period, theStegosaurusand theAllosaurusof the Jurassic period and the Torosaurusand theUtahraptorof the Cretaceous period. The largest of them, the BrachiosaurusIt is 11 metres high and 17 metres long from nose to tail tip. It took a year and a team of 50 professionals including engineers, craftsmen, artists, painters and animatronics experts to build this impressive production.
