They are young, cute and very busy... but above all they are two of the most original, 'root' and consistent indie artists the current music scene has to offer. Different in their own way, one introspective, Finkone, melancholic and dreamy, with its Jeff Buckley-esque pacing and that guitar tainted with the most pained grunge. More indigenous and 'dirty' the other, Xavier Ruddalways a slave to rhythm, always in search of contamination.
Their respective tours will barely touch each other in Italy, on exactly the same stages.
FINK will be at Villa Ada in Rome on 18 July and the following day at Carrponte in Sesto San Giovanni (MI).
XAVIER RUDD will instead arrive on 20 July at Carrponte and then play on the Villa Ada stage on the 21st.
