Fink, real name Fin Greenall, will be the protagonist of a tour that will touch all major European cities. In November he will also reach Italy with two dates that will see him perform in Rome on 7 and Milan on 8 November.
"Perfect Darkness, the latest album by the English singer-songwriter, encapsulates all of Fink's varied world of acoustic music and electronic experimentation and has been described by Stereoboard (online music portal) as 'an exceptional auditory experience that everyone should try'.
Fink got into music as an electronic music DJ. For eight years he worked in that field and recorded many demos with tracks performed both individually and in collaboration with other artists, always searching for new sounds and constantly overlapping different genres. His remarkable vocal and compositional skills then led him to produce different works, no longer as an electronic music DJ, but as an indie rock DJ. The new path he took led him to make himself known to the general public as a guitarist, singer and all-round musician. His shows are characterised by rich arrangements that mix electronics with traditional post-rock instruments: drums, strings, electronic and vocal samples. Collaborations with, among others Professor Green in the track 'Closing The Door' and with John Legend in 'Green Light', place him among the most interesting alternative musicians.
Furthermore, on 31 May 2008, in front of 41,000 spectators, Fink performed at the San Siro as support artist for the highly anticipated concert of the Negramaro.
