SIGMA's DJ set to open THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS' only Italian date!

The bill of the only Italian date of The Chemical Brothers, in concert at Market Sound in Milan Friday 22 Julyin addition to the after show of GramatikBritish drum and bass duo will also take the stage Sigmafor theopening dj-set of the evening. Authors of drum and bass in the name of a 90s revival, the Sigma debuted in 2015 with the album Lifebut they began to make a name for themselves as early as 2014 with the two launch singles Nobody To Love e Changingboth reached the top of the UK best-selling singles chart and were certified platinum in the UK; Changing also obtained a gold disc in Germany and Benelux, while Nobody To Love platinum in Australia and New Zealand. Originally from Leeds (UK), the Sigma arrive in Italy after a debut tour that saw them record one sold-out tour after another and after having graced the stages of some of the world's most important festivals, including Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, T In The Park,  Pukklepop and Sziget.

The Chemical Brothers will take the stage with their latest album Born In The Echoes, from which the single Wide Openrecorded in collaboration with Beck. The duo consisting of Tom Rowlands e Ed Simonsamong the standard bearers of transatlantic electronics along with Prodigy e Fatboy SlimThey have attracted the attention of audiences and critics alike thanks to their pulsating live shows and consistently innovative sounds. Their unmistakable style is rooted in electronic music, spanning big beat, trip hop and even techno: examples are the now cult tracks Hey Boy Hey Girl, Galvanize, Do It Again.

Producer, musician and artist among the most appreciated in the world of electronic music in recent years, Gramatik is the moniker of Denis Jasarevic, who was born in Slovenia but has long been based in the United States. His style mixes dubstep, electro, trip hop, hip hop and glitch sounds, and to date has taken shape in 8 albums, 3 EPs and numerous singles and remixes. In the past year Gramatik participated in world-renowned festivals such as Lollapalooza, Glastonbury, Coachella, Sonar, Rock en Seine e Sziget, and with the winter tour he has recorded an ever-increasing number of sold-out shows in clubs all over the world.
