Winning strategy. Last night the Strokes performed at their first 'surprise' European showcase, i.e. announced a few days ago via their newsletter. The small venue chosen for the concert, the ULU in London, sold out the 800 available tickets in a matter of minutes, rewarding the first fans who waited a long time in the snow to buy their coveted ticket.
An excellent opportunity for the New York quintet to present some new tracks from their new third work, 'First Impressions Of Earth', as well as other material taken from the first two albums, for a total of 21 songs.
