After the musical project 'SKYE | ROSS', Skye Edwards and Ross Godfrey finally announce the return of the Morcheeba. It will be possible to hear them live Thursday 27 July at the Beky Bay in Bellaria Igea Marina (RN) as part of the SullaSabbia festival. Tickets will be available on official Ticketone circuit from 12 noon on Tuesday 18 April. Be wary of unofficial sales channels.
A mix of trip hop, r&b and blues for Skye Edwards and Ross Godfrey who reached the pinnacle of success between the 1990s and 2000s with Morcheeba. Over time, their sound became more and more mature, to the point of drawing from pop and electronica. With over 3 million copies sold and great public and critical success, the Morcheeba had been called the coolest band of the 1990s. After Paul Godfrey left the band, Skye and Ross continued their journey together as Skye | Ross and released their self-titled album in 2016.
In fact, the spirit of Morcheeba was so strong that Skye and Ross return this summer live at major festivals to the delight of fans and will perform both tracks from "Skye|Ross', that Morcheeba's greatest hits such as 'Rome Wasn't Built in a Day', 'Blood Like Lemonade', 'The Sea', 'Blindfold'.
