05/12/08: MOLLY HATCHET VS ITALY: TODAY AND TOMORROW THE HISTORY OF SOUTHERN ROCK PASSES THROUGH EMILIA

MOLLY HATCHETa name that has made hard rock history, a 'legacy' that holds high the honour of southern rock more than thirty years after its birth. For the first time the American band is coming to Italy today for two concerts, the 5 December at the Fillmore in Cortemaggiore and tomorrow 6 at Ke Meo Meo in Bologna.
They arrive with the line-up that released the 2007 live album 'Flirtin' with Disaster LIVE', a work that echoes the title of their biggest hit, dated 1979.
We will find on Italian stages Bobby Ingram (guitar), Phil McCormack (voice), John Galvin (organ and keyboards), Dave Hlubek (guitarist and founder of Molly Hatchet), Tim Lindsey ( low), Shawn Beamer (battery).
