After announcing the two July dates just before his only indoor concert of 2010 in Italy, the sold-out 21 April at Milan's Forum, MIKA confirms two more dates for the summer season, this time in August: the first on the 17th at Cagliari's Roman Amphitheatre and the second two days later, on the 19th, at Cattolica's Arena della Regina.
MIKA will therefore be the absolute protagonist of the Italian live summer, with a total of four dates. The two August stages will be added to the already announced ones on 6 and 7 July in Rome and Udine.
2009 and 2010 were years of confirmations for the Lebanese-born artist who, thanks to the success of his second album 'The boy who knew too much', dragged along by the singles 'We are Golden' and 'Rain', did not disappoint those who expected a strong showing from him after his dazzling debut 'Life in Cartoon Motion' in 2007.
Likewise, no one will have been disappointed by his Milan concert last spring, by all accounts one of the best live sets of the year. Mika and his band are indeed able to put on a complete show, both musically and visually. Cheerfulness, the desire to play and amaze are at the heart of this show, which turned into a great party in Milan.
