I negramaroreached the final stages of The Window Tour, arrive in Milan for a double concert at Datchforum in Assago, Monday 15 (sold out) and Tuesday 16 December (only single seat tickets available).
An appointment particularly heartfelt by the band because it is their return in front of the Milanese public after the success of the magical night at the Sansiro stadium on 31 May last, from which the CD+DVD SanSiro Live, containing five previously unreleased tracks, was taken, released on 21 November and leapt to the top of the charts.
Since the release of the album La Finestra in June 2007, the band consisting of Giuliano Sangiorgi (vocals, guitars, piano), Emanuele Spedicato (guitar), Ermanno Carlà (bass), Andrea Mariano (rhodes piano, synth organ), Danilo Tasco (drums), Andrea 'Pupillo' De Rocco (samplers, accordion) has experienced great satisfaction and achieved important artistic goals.
The multi-platinum album, still on the charts after 78 weeks, produced five hugely successful singles, including 'Hands Off Eyes', 'Rain Falls' and 'One Step Back'..
Negramaro, who have been in the spotlight for eighteen months, with La Finestra Tour, produced by Barley Arts, played 24 concerts in arenas, 52 in theatres and on 31 May in the unique, magical night of San Siro To this they added the short promotional tour in Europe: 8 concerts in March 2008, in rock clubs in London, Munich, Madrid, Vienna and Barcelona among others. In the fourth and final part of the LaFinestra Tour - 18 concerts in palasport, almost all sold out, - Negramaro, together with their fans and again with a new show, gave vent to the wealth of experiences they had lived together in this year and a half full of emotions and music. The tour was seen by a total of almost 370,000 spectators in four radically different shows, testifying to Negramaro's ability and desire to experiment with new sounds to interpret their songs. After Milan, the tour will be the 18 December in Treviso and will close on the 19th at the Palaolimpico in Turin.
