Another big name in international music will make a stop at the 10 DAYS AROUND THE CASTELLO DI VIGEVANO: former Stray Cats BRIAN SETZER, authentic leader of the rockabilly scene, brings his ROCKABILLY RIOT project on tour in Europe. The one in Vigevano will be the only date in Italy.
Here, then, is another great exclusive for the Vigevano Festival, after the confirmations of Jeff Beck, fresh winner of three Grammy Awards, on 29 June on the Castle stage, and The Black Crowes on 7 July, as part of their farewell tour.
The festival bill also features the already announced PRIMUS on 26 June, JOHN MAYALL and BLACK COUNTRY COMMUNION on 28 and JACK JOHNSON on 24 July.

The last memorable Stray Cats concert took place in August 2008 at the Summer Jamboree in Senigallia. After the break-up of the rockabilly band par excellence, Brian Setzer resumed his various solo projects, such as the Brian Setzer Orchestra, his event with The Nashvillains and, finally, Rockabilly Riot, with which he recorded 'A Tribute to Sun Records' in 2005.
His return to Italy is a real event for the rockabilly community, which has seen a sharp increase in membership and visibility in recent years. The Vigevano concert promises to be a great gathering of pin-ups and rockers from every corner of our country, for what will be not only a simple musical event but above all a cultural and folkloristic happening.
What will make Setzer's tour even more unique will be the presence of the legendary drummer Slim Jim Phantom, with whom Brian will hold a musical interlude in which they will, of course, take some songs from the repertoire of their parent band, the STRAY CATS.
In the coming days, the remaining big international names that will participate in the second edition of 10 DAYS OF SOUND AT VIGEVANO CASTLE will be announced.
