With the hit 'American Boy' has climbed the charts all over the world, including Italy. The success of this 27-year-old black girl, born in England and transplanted to the United States two years ago, shows all the bravado and class of Estelle.
The short period since her arrival in NYC from London in May 2007 has been a whirlwind of events, and now Estelle is gearing up for her comeback on the music scene with Shineher second album. She is the first artist to release an album for the Homeschool, the new label of John Legendin collaboration with Atlantic Records. This is her debut for a major label and the American market, but with Homeschool's philosophy of artistic control and good soul music, being part of this stable is the very essence of everything Estelle stands for.
He arrives in Italy not only as a star but also as an artist with a capital A, for the only date in our country, the 20 November at Magazzini Generali, Milan.
