A decidedly positive 2015 comes to a close for Barley Arts Promotion Srl, which confirms itself as a leader in entertainment on an international and Italian level. Claudio Trotta's company - which in 2016 will blow out its 37 candles of independent activity - earned the record number of spectators ever achieved in Italy for an international artist, registering 92 thousand admissions for the concert of the AC/DC at the Autodromo Enzo and Dino Ferrari in Imola last July. The Imola concert was just the culmination of the intense activity of Barley Arts' international repertoire, which began last February with the sold-out concert of QUEEN+ADAM LAMBERT at the Mediolanum Forum, continued with the almost 40,000-strong tour of the histrionic MIKA in various live versions (also accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra), the sold-out concert of the KISS at the Arena di Verona, the electronics of CHEMICAL BROTHERS, PRODIGY e GRAMATIKthe theatre tour of JOE SATRIANI and the one in the DEEP PURPLEin addition to the more than 100 international concerts organised in Italy by Barley Arts in 2015: FINK, RYAN BINGHAM, ARCHIVE, STU LARSEN, THE TWILIGHT SAD, PENTATONIX, CHARLIE WINSTON, KENNY WAYNE SHEPHERD, PUBLIC SERVICE BROADCASTING, THE COMPUTERS, GOV'T MULE, OKEAN ELZY, PRIMUS & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, BLACK MOUNTAIN, TELEVISION, HANNI EL KHATIB, COUNTING CROWS, PAUL WELLER, XAVIER RUDD & THE UNITED NATIONS, JOHN HYATT AND THE COMBO, NATALIE IMBRUGLIA, AUGUSTINES, NNEKA, JOHN BUTLER TRIO, YELAWOLF, GLENN HUGHES, R5, RYAN KEEN, RICH ROBINSON, JOHN MAYALL, BLACKBERRY SMOKE, BROTHER & BONES, KID INK, THOMAS DYBDAHL, TERRY BOZZIO, RACHEL SERMANNI, KAKI KING e VINTAGE TROUBLE.
Great attention was also paid to Italian artists: in addition to the alternative repertoire consisting of JUDAS, THE CYBORGS, IMMANUEL CASTO, SOVIET SOVIET e JOYCUT2015 saw the start of collaboration with NICOLO' FABI (on summer tour with string quartet GnuQuartet), PAOLA TURCI (two tour legs, summer and theatre) and LORENZO FRAGOLA (sold-out club tour with special conclusion at the Palasport in Catania last 20 December).
Out of a total of over 300 concerts organised in Italy and EuropeBarley Arts' 2015 saw Milan at the top of the cities involved, with 15% of national live activity, followed by Rome, Bologna and Florence, in addition to the 72 concerts organised abroad (mainly England and Spain).
Barley Arts Promotion Srl, in collaboration with Good - Food & Events, marked again this year an important growth in the food sector: the STREEAT® FOODTRUCK FESTIVAL , a format dedicated to quality food on wheels, collected more than 500,000 admissions in the tour that touched eight Italian cities, and the 2016 calendar will soon be unveiled, which also includes some stops abroad. Also on foreign soil, it is worth mentioning the parallel activity linked to edutainment with the exhibitions of GATEWAY TO SPACE at the Výstaviště Praha Holešovice in Prague and the Expo Palace in Brussels (soon to be in Budapest and Johannesburg), the debut of the exhibition GOAL! THE FOOTBALL EXPERIENCE at the Park Exhibition Centre in Moscow and FESTIVALASIA at the Tobacco Docks in London.
Returning to live music, 2016 will see the return to Italy of the THE CURE (over 20,000 tickets sold in the first week), the special acoustic tour of BRIAN MAY and KERRY ELLIS in six Italian theatres, the tour reconfirmations of DEEP PURPLE, MIKA, QUEEN+ADAM LAMBERTas well as new concert announcements by MOTORHEAD, THE WINERY DOGS, BLUES PILLS, JACK&JACK, SUNSET SONS, ADAM LAMBERT, RUFUS, XAVIER RUDD, MAYBESHEWILL and TELEVISIONwith an increasing focus on Italian artists and new acquisitions.

WAITING FOR A NEW YEAR FULL OF GREAT CONFIRMS AND SURPRISES
2015 has been a great year for Barley Arts Promotion Srl, which confirms its leading role in the entertainment industry. Claudio Trotta's independent agency - which in 2016 will turn 37 - reached the Italian record of audience at the gig of an international artist with the 92,000 people attending. AC/DC gig at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola last July.
