It could be called 'The Nightwish Family', the metal bandwagon coming to Italy in full force on the dates of Next Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 March in Mantova and Pordenone respectively.
The band of Tuomas Holopainenin addition to the already announced Volbeathe brings his other two pupils with him: the Finns INDICA, an all-female line-up, ready for their European debut produced by Tuomas himself, after four successful albums at home and the PAINalready special guests on the 2008 tour, who duetted with Anette (Nightwish vocals) in their latest single 'Follow me'.
Besides them, VOLBEAT are confirmed: the Danish combo will also hold a headlining date on 2 April in Brunico (BZ).
NIGHTWISH are about to release the explicatively titled live album 'Made in Hong Kong', recorded during the 2008 'Dark Passion Play Tour'.
After charting in 14 European countries simultaneously with their latest album 'Dark Passion Play', including Italy, NIGHTWISH are continuing with their tour, which started more than a year ago in Europe and is currently underway in the US. Before returning to Italy, the Scandinavian band will also be in Brazil, Argentina and Chile. Last spring's European Passion Tour was sold out at every stop, including the Italian one, at Milan's Palalido, with 4,000 frenzied fans who had already pulverised the available tickets fifty days before the concert. Now the dates in our country will be two and they arrive exactly one year after the 2008 stop: on 30 March, Anette and his companions will be at the Palabam in Mantua and the following day at the Palasport in Pordenone.
