30/5/08: THE WINDOW ON SANSIRO

First Italian band to headline the stage at the Stadio Meazza, but also this year's first concert in the 'Scala del Calcio': Saturday 31 May the lights of the San Siro will be turned on for Negramaroat 9 p.m. sharp, they will start their only live show of summer 2008, a show in which music will be the absolute star.
The big day of live music, organised and produced by Barley Arts, will start already in the early afternoon, with a DJ set by Luca de Gennaro and live performances by some of the most interesting names on the international indie-rock scene: starting at 4pm with Fink, an artist with a persuasive voice of clear black derivation, who has just released the album Distance and Time, his third for Ninja Tunes, a label that was already a pioneer for electronic and drum'n'bass with a British background. Follows The Fashionwhose talent has quickly crossed the borders of Denmark. Born between post-punk and alternative rock, with their new self-titled album they manage to create a tightly-knit melting pot of rock, new wave and hip hop sounds. Then surprisingly the Infadelswho replaced the previously announced Hoosiers at the last minute. The British band, who have just released their second album, Universe in Reverse, preceded by the single 'Make Mistakes', already high on the MTV Brand New chart, bring all their live energy to Milan.
Finally, the British band revelation of 2007: The Fratellis with hits from their debut album Costello Music and tracks from the forthcoming 'Mistress Mabel' will certainly get the adrenaline pumping before Negramaro become the absolute masters of the scene.
At 9 p.m., lights down and legs up: the negramaro They will take the stage in front of more than forty thousand spectators, to whom they will give not only their own songs, rearranged for the new show, but also many surprises that will be kept secret until the end. The certainty is that, as always, Negramaro will not disappoint their fans and during the more than two hours of concert there will not be a minute to catch their breath, but only music, adrenalin and pure energy.
