Barley Art S.r.l. informs you that for the management of the service of agile access to events/concerts, it will directly collect some of your data that the "RE 679/16" (European Union Regulation on the protection of personal data) defines as personal data (personal details or in any case data present in the identity document) or special data (documents certifying disability). With reference to the processing of such data, in compliance with articles 13-14 of RE 679/16, Barley Arts S.r.l. informs you of the following information.
The data collected will be processed, both on paper and by computer, in a lawful and correct manner, in accordance with the above-mentioned legislation, guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the data. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
Managing agile access to the organised concert/event.
The legal basis for the lawfulness of the processing is your consent, without which it will not be possible to grant you agile access.
Without prejudice to the communications and dissemination carried out in execution of legal obligations, personal data may be communicated to:
External companies providing control and/or hostess services.
External companies for the management of access to the show areas and any parking areas
Only your identity data will be sent to the companies mentioned in a list.
Your data will not be communicated or disseminated to other parties other than those indicated and will be stored at Barley Arts S.r.l. in data centres operating in the countries of the European Union.
The data will be processed for the purpose of managing agile access to concerts/events and will subsequently be deleted.
In application of RE 679/16, Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20, we also inform you that you may at any time request access to your personal data, their rectification, cancellation, restriction or opposition to their processing by contacting Barley Arts. You may also contact the supervisory authority if you feel it is appropriate to lodge a complaint.
