The name Poliça is the translation from Polish 'policy', indicating the band's work ethic when the members play together. The group synth-pop is formed by Channy Leaneagh (voice, synth), Chris Bierden (low), Drew Christopherson e Ben Ivascu (percussion) and sees Ryan Olson as producer. I Poliça were born in 2011 in Minneapolis. The following year they released their debut Give You The Ghostself-produced record that led them to the famous "The Story of the World" early in their career.
