I Gemelli DiVersi start the Tutto Da Capo Tour with a sold out show in Turin!
Between 1 and 23 March, 7 club concerts for an unconventional return to the scene
Last days of rehearsals for the DiVerse Twins at the Fillmore in Cortemaggiore, where the zero date of their "Tutto Da Capo Tour 2013" is scheduled for Friday 1 March. The official debut of the tour will be the following evening, Saturday 2 March, at the Hiroshima in Turin, sold out two weeks in advance. THG, Weird, Thema and Scream have announced their return to the stage, after a few years' absence, with an unconventional choice, a club tour of only 7 highly anticipated concerts which, after the first two dates, continues with another five appointments: in Milan (15 March), Nonantola (16), Florence (21), Novara (22) and Rome (23).
The concert, with a simple but original set design, will be an opportunity to listen live to the songs brought to success by the DiVerse Twins in their 15-year career, which has made their sound unmistakable, always strained between rap and melody, capable of generating new musical energy in their four members and new enthusiasm in their audience. This is testified by the reception given to "Everything from scratch"the most recent album from the DiVerse Twinswhich was released on 11 September by Sony and contains 15 previously unreleased tracks, immediately jumped to number 1 in the sales charts. All the singles released so far, "To make you smile", "V.A.I.", up to the recent "At the drop of a hat"have topped the radio charts.
The "All Da Capo Club Tour"organised by Barley Arts, he will see Thg (DJ), Strange (singer), Thema e Shout (rapper), who are joined on stage for the occasion by Dj Zakreinterpreting hits from the six albums released in their career, which began in 1998 under the auspices of the Best Sound, the historic label that gave birth to many Milanese hip hop groups from the 90s to the present day, and celebrate with due irony the crew "Spaghetti Funk' in the track 'Spaghetti Funk is Dead', one of the most powerful tracks on the latest album.
