'We Will Rock You', the 'rock opera' with all Queen's hits, in Genoa changes venue and dates: the musical, which was initially scheduled to be staged at Fiumara's '105 Stadium' at the beginning of March, will instead be from 16 to 19 June at the Teatro Carlo Felice, the city's prestigious theatre, whose reopening after a closure lasting several years has been announced.
The staging of 'We Will Rock You' was physiologically born in the theatre and, in fact, in the cities where this venue is not available, the production was equipped for a theatrical production inside the palasport. When the possibility of staging the musical at the Carlo Felice opened up in Genoa, Barley Arts, the Italian producer of the musical together with Queen's management, did not want to miss the opportunity of staging "We Will Rock You" in the most appropriate venue, offering the Ligurian public the show in its best form. The tour of "We Will Rock You", in its second season in Italy and which began on 20 January at the Creberg Theatre in Bergamo, will end precisely in Genoa, after about 50 performances.
Tickets already purchased cannot be automatically reused: by 7 March, it will be necessary to request a REPLACEMENT or alternatively a refund, at the sales points that issued them.
The substitution allows for the reallocation of one's seats with priority for the performance taking place on the same day of the week as originally scheduled (e.g. from Thursday 3 March to Thursday 16 June, from Friday 4 March to Friday 17 June, and so on).
