Negramaro doubles in Rome. The concert on 15 November was practically sold out in three weeks (only a few side-view tickets remained on sale), Friday 14 turned out to be the only possible date for adding a second concert in Rome.
Eighteen months in the spotlight for Negramaro, who also doubled their concert at Taranto - second stage on 22 November -seal the success of the The Window Tour with seventeen concerts already confirmed in the palasport of the main Italian cities, before taking a well-deserved break from the scene. After 24 concerts in Arenas, 52 in theatres and the magical night of San Siro on 31 May (of which a cd+dvd will be released at the end of November on the Sugar label) the debut of the fourth and last part is now set for the 14 November at the Palalottomatica in Romeanticipating to all intents and purposes the start of the tour, produced by Barley Arts, whose closure will be the 19 December at the Palaolimpico in Turin.
Since the release of the album La Finestra in June 2007, the band consisting of Giuliano Sangiorgi (vocals, guitars, piano), Emanuele Spedicato (guitar), Ermanno Carlà (bass), Andrea Mariano (rhodes piano, synth organ), Danilo Tasco (drums), Andrea "Pupillo" De Rocco (samplers, accordion) has experienced great satisfaction and achieved important artistic milestones. The multi-platinum album, which after 66 weeks is still stable in the Top 20 of the sales charts, has produced 5 hugely successful singles, of which both "Hands Off Eyesand the last "A step backwardsreleased on 5 September.
La Finestra Tour has so far been seen by almost 250 thousand spectators, in 3 radically different shows, testifying to Negramaro's ability and desire to experiment with new sounds to interpret their songs. In addition to this, there was a short promotional tour in Europe: 8 concerts in March 2008, in rock clubs in London, Munich, Madrid, Vienna and Barcelona, among others.
Now it's time for the fourth and final part of the LaFinestra Tour in the palasport, the place where Negramaro, together with their fans, count on giving vent to the wealth of experiences lived together in this year and a half full of emotions and music.
