In 1999, the Ojos De Brujosa collective that celebrates the sensuality of music and the infectious rhythm of flamenco and folk, combined with global and nomadic sounds. Their first self-produced album is 'Vengue'followed by Bari' in 2000, which led them to play at the most popular festivals in Europe and America, from Glastonbury at Roskildefrom Summerstage NY Central Park to Montreal Jazz. Even the latest work, dated 2006 and entitled 'Techari'is taking them around the world, even to the most remote countries. Seeing them on stage is a very absorbing experience, given the large number of band members, the folklore of the costumes and the variety of instruments they play. The Ojos De Brujos are in fact nine: Ramón Giménez (guitar), Marina Abad (voice), Paco Lomeña (flamenco guitar), Xavi Turull (percussion), Sergio Ramos (drums and percussion), Maxwell Wright (vocals and percussion), Javi Martín (low), Panko (DJ and vocals) and Carlos Sarduy (trumpet).
