Great success last night for Laura Veirs on the occasion of her first Italian date. The American singer-songwriter was welcomed by a packed club and a very warm audience. After opening with the duo Purehorsehair, Laura took to the stage alone with her guitar and a few pedalboards to perform most of the songs from her latest album, 'Year Of Meteors", as well as a few other extracts from the previous "Carbon Glacier"They did not follow any set list but improvised according to their own feelings and those of the audience, who were asked more than once about the choice of songs.
Thanks to the use of various delay and echo effects, the hall was invaded by a full and engaging sound and, although not accompanied by her own band (Tortured Soul), the girl from Seattle put on a pure and spontaneous hour and a half show.
