Muse had to suspend their concert at the Cotton Club in Atlanta, Georgia, and postpone the next dates of their US tour to a date to be determined, due to an accident sustained by the singer Matt Bellamy. The facts: while the band was playing the fifth song on the set list (Citizen Erased), Matt hit his face on the neck of his guitar, causing himself some bleeding wounds.
'Sorry, I can't keep singing, I smashed my face in,' exclaimed Matt, before fleeing towards the hospital.
