After the great success of the first edition, which saw big names such as BEN HARPER, AUDIOSLAVE, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, SKIN e THE WHITE STRIPESattracting over 30,000 people in two days, Italy's summer alternative rock festival, the FLIPPAUT ROCK FESTIVAL.
The kermesse, set in the days of Saturday 12 June e Sunday 13 June at the Arena Parco Nord - Made in Bo in Bologna, will see as headliners on the first evening the KORN by Jonathan Davis, touring Italy on a UNIQUE DATE to present their sixth studio work Take A Look in the Mirror, while the cast of the second day will be announced in a few days.
Alongside the masters Korn on the first day, space was given to the hard rock of GODSMACKrecently in Italy as Metallica's opener, to the ILL NINO with their Anglo-Spanish hard-rock. Gothic atmospheres instead for the HIMfrom Sweden, now a certainty here in Italy as well. An exceptional name to conclude the first day: the BRIDES OF DESTRUCTION of Nikki Sixx, Motley Crue's historic bass player, now on this new glam adventure.
New names will soon be announced on the first day, while the cast of the second day (and the associated possibility of concessions/subscription for the two days) will also be announced shortly. Tickets go on sale on Monday 22 March.
