Due to unforeseen commitments on the part of the artist, it has been Austin Mahone's tour date scheduled for Thursday 21 April at Milan's Fabrique has been cancelled.
Those who have already bought a ticket for the concert can request a refund in the following ways:
- Tickets purchased from a Ticketone or Vivaticket sales outletThe refund may be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the event venueThe refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier serviceThe customer shall send the tickets by registered mail with return receipt no later than 30th April 2016 (the postmark will be taken as proof of the date of posting) to Ticketone S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Divisione Commercio Elettronico).
The deadlines for reimbursement requests are set strictly by no later than 30 April 2016.
