LA RUA live in March at Dejavu in San'Egidio alla Vibrata (TE)!

For the La Rua and their fans the two exclusive live shows in Rome and Milan were sensational and now the band from Ascoli Piceno is ready to return to Central Italy! The next live date is set for Friday 3 March at Dejavu in Sant'Egidio alla Vibrata (TE); i tickets will be available from 12 noon on Wednesday 1 February on the official Ticketone circuit.

Before seeing La Rua live again, the band awaits you at the 'Dopo Festival' of Sanremo 2017, hosted by Nicola Savino and the Gialappa's Band, on air from 7 to 11 February in the late evening on Raiuno. Carlo Conti has thus kept his promise: the voices of the web and the press tribune, embittered by their exclusion from the 'Nuove Proposte', have made the host of the kermesse dedicate a small part in the Festival to them, although not in the competition. The band will bring their new single to TV during Friday's episode, as well as opening the remaining ones.

I La Rua are touring with their album Under the effect of happiness, released last 3 June by Universal Music and produced by Dario Faini e La Rua. The album contains 9 previously unreleased tracks and was preceded by the extraordinary success of the single Saturday goes like this, presented for the first time at Amici. The second single My remedies  was released on 14 October, with a Giacomo Triglia-directed video clip that is recording many views. But the real novelty è All my lifeafter elimination from the New Proposte of Sanremo 2017, the band did not stop and the single is now in radio rotation. And not only that, as announced during the Sanremo 2017 press conference, La Rua will be guests of an episode of AfterFestival.

A pop/nu-folk band formed in 2004 in the province of Ascoli Piceno, the La Rua are Daniele Incicco (vocals and guitars), William D'Angelo (guitars), Davide Fioravanti (piano, accordion, glockenspiel), Nacor Fischetti (drums, fx), Alessandro Mariani (guitars, banjo) and Matteo Grandoni (double bass, bass). The band's imagery stems from the artistic partnership between Daniele Incicco and songwriter and producer Dario Faini, a well-known and much sought-after songwriter who in recent years has written multi-platinum hits for Emma, Marco Mengoni, Fedez, Luca Carboni, Annalisa and many others.

In 2012, La Rua participated in the final of the Castrocaro New Voices and New Faces Festivaland was awarded the MEI (Meeting Etichette Indipendenti) prize for the highest score. best band. The following year the band was one of the 60 selected to participate in the Sanremo Festival 2014 in the 'Nuove Proposte' category with the song 'Non sono positivo alla normalità'. In 2014 the group was chosen as a candidate for the MTV Music Awards of Florence, for the category "Best New Generation.

From late summer 2014 and throughout the winter, the band was busy recording their first album, which saw the light of day in 2015.
