Due to unforeseen circumstances, some tour dates of Miles Mosley have been postponed or rescheduled, therefore planned stages in Italy - Monday 10 April at Serraglio in Milan, Tuesday 11 April at Locomotiv Club in Bologna and Wednesday 12 April at Monk in Rome - are deleted. You can request the reimbursement of tickets already purchased in April as follows:
- Tickets purchased at a point of sale Ticketone or VivaticketThe refund may be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the event venueThe refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier serviceThe customer must send the tickets by registered mail with return receipt no later than Thursday 20 April (the postmark will serve as proof) to TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Divisione I Commercio Elettronico).
The deadlines for reimbursement requests are set strictly by no later than Thursday 20 April 2017.
