We regret to inform you that the concert of Thomas Dybdahl scheduled for Wednesday 24 May at the Quirinetta Social Bar in Rome is CANCELLED due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Barley Arts Promotion.
This is the singer-songwriter's official statement:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Thomas regrets to have to cancel his forthcoming appearance at Quirinetta Social Bar. He hopes to return and make it up to fans as soon as possible.
Those who have already bought a ticket may request a refund in the following manner:
- Tickets purchased at a Ticketone point of sale: reimbursement can be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with pick-up at the venue: reimbursement will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier: the customer must send the tickets by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 25 May 2017 (postmark) to TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).
The deadlines for claiming reimbursement are set strictly by 25 May 2017 at the latest.
