I Pet Deaths are a duo folk Londoner born in 2017 and formed by Graeme Martin e Liam Karima. Over the past two years they have been working on their first album to the top of the hill and roll... through research carried out in absolute isolation from the outside world. The album is in fact based on natural sounds and continuous experimentation, combining soft noises with acoustic sounds. Landmarks of the two musicians are among all Leonard Cohen e Jiro Yoshihara. The debut album of the Pet Deaths is produced by Ian Davenportwho has collaborated with bands such as Slowdiveand was registered with the Courtyard Studioswhere they have already recorded the Radiohead. The single Wind Up Bird was a hit on radio in the UK and also on streaming platforms, ending up on the playlist Sad Indie of Spotify, alongside artists such as Sufjan Stevens e Bon Iver.
With almost thirty years of friendship and artistic career behind them, the Elbow formed in Bury, a small town near Manchester, UK, when they were still at college and have always maintained their original training, with Guy Garvey (vocals and guitar), Craig Potter (keyboards), Mark Potter (guitar) and Pete Turner (bass). The band has built up a very strong credibility over time, staying true to sounds alternatives e post-rockmixed with an attitude britpop. Consistency and sincerity are the cornerstones of the group, which has never changed genre, but has been able to question its approach to music, thus managing to renew itself with each album. The two albums The Take Off and Landing of Everything (Fiction Records, 2014) e Little Fictions (Polydor Records, 2017) debuted in the UK Top Albums charts and attracted an ever-growing number of fans, while the latest album Giant Of All Sizes will be published the11 October 2019 and presented in a tour that among many countries will also touch Italy.
