After the Milan date in 2018, the rapper Pouya has announced a new Italian date scheduled for next year. The face of thehip hop underground will perform Sunday 16 February 2020 at Magnolia Club by Segrate (MI). Opening the concert will be Boobie Lootaveli, with which Pouya collaborated on the album Pouya & Boobie Lootaveli: Greatest Hits, Vol. 3 (2019), and the DJ WYBMF. Tickets will be available from 10 a.m. on Friday 29 November on circuits Mailticket e Ticketone. Please note that access to the event will require the ARCI card.
At this live event, Italian fans will be able to hear the rapper's new work live: The South Got Something To Sayalbum released in July 2019, and the single life? ... lolreleased last 20 November. Protagonist of the evening will be the rough and rugged vocal flow of Pouya who, bored with the mainstream hip hop world, used the power of the internet to single-handedly bring the raw sounds of the underground to the masses. Growing up on the streets, the artist is a true underground rap star: in addition to possessing a unique flow, he has managed to reach tens of millions of listens on Spotify for each of his best-loved tracks, while completely maintaining his independence.
PouyaKevin Pouya, born Kevin Pouya, began his career online, thanks to the Soundcloud platform, on which he became one of the most vibrant rap artists. In 2016, he released his debut album Underground Underdogproduced by renowned DJ and producer Getter. The album was a commercial success and reached number two on the iTunes Hip Hop/Rap chart and number ten on the overall iTunes chart. The following year Pouya collaborates with Fat Nick at the mixtape Drop Out of School, in the top ten on the Billboard Heatseekers, while in 2018 he released the album FIVE FIVEwhose track Void boasts more than 17 million plays on Spotify.
