The ensemble that is reviving the party atmosphere of the turn of the last century will soon be in Italy for three shows: Monday 20 July at the GruVillage 105 Music Festival in Grugliasco (TO), Friday 16 October at Orion Live Club in Ciampino (RM) e Saturday 17 October at the Hall in Padua. I tickets will be available from 10 a.m. on Friday 31 January on circuits Ticketone, Vivaticket e Do It Yourself.
After the 2019 tour that also brought them to Italy, the collective of the Postmodern Jukebox continues to circumnavigate the globe to prepare audiences for a new decade, which will hopefully see a return of the classic style that characterised the music of past generations, offering audiences an impressive selection of hits revisited in a retro key.
"In the last century, the 1920s brought us Jazz, a true American art form. Who knows what will happen in 2020!" says founder Scott Bradlee. "Surely many people are tired of shrieking headlines, reality TV and smartphone addictions that have only led to a division among the public over the past decade. We are using our space in pop culture to tell people to forget their troubles and join us in celebrating true musical talent and timeless style, live and in real life."
