Due to unforeseen circumstances, the pianist and composer Alexis Ffrench will be forced to cancel some of the dates of his Dreamland European Tourincluding the stage of Wednesday 29 April at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome. Here is the official statement from the pianist:
"Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am not going to be able to play Russia, Stuttgart and Rome on my upcoming European tour. Those with tickets, please refer to the point of purchase for further information."
The concert on Tuesday 28 April at Spazio 89 in Milan is confirmed.
Those who have already bought a ticket for the Rome concert can request a refund in the following ways:
- Tickets purchased at a Ticketone point of sale: reimbursement can be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with pick-up at the venue: reimbursement will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier: the customer must send the tickets by registered mail with return receipt no later than 29 April 2020 (postmarked) to TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).
The deadlines for claiming reimbursement are set strictly by 29 April 2020 at the latest.
