In compliance with the Prime Ministerial Decree issued on Wednesday 4 March suspending all scheduled performances until 3 April 2020, the concert of the The Night Flight Orchestra scheduled for Sunday 15 March at the Legend Club in Milan is cancelled.
Those who have already bought a ticket for the concert can request a refund in the following ways:
- Tickets purchased at a point of sale Ticketone or VivaticketThe refund may be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with pick-up at the venue: reimbursement will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier: the customer must send the tickets by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 30 June 2020 (date of postmark) to the following address TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).
Deadlines for reimbursement requests are set strictly by 30 June 2020 at the latest.
