In an unprecedented effort, the Este city will amaze the public with the cultural framework into which the first of the artist's three live shows in Italy will be set, including a series of initiatives and activities in his honour, complementing the impeccable logistics prepared since the day the concert was announced. Fans will in fact be able to count not only on excellent organisation but also on the calendar Waiting for Bruce, including the city's cultural offer. An extraordinary opportunity to show the world Ferrara's artistic vocation and its welcoming capacity, made possible by an organisational machine led by a team of top-level professionals.
For those arriving from outside the city, the Ferrara Springsteen Village at Marco Coletta Park, the first reception area; for parking you can book on the platform Park for fun.Ā A total of 11,000 new parking spaces (in addition to the municipal car parks) are estimated. A continuous shuttle service from the more peripheral parking areas to the vicinity of the Giorgio Bassani Urban Park has also been arranged.
The live of Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will be preceded by supporting artists: at 4.30 p.m. will perform Fantastic Negrito (winner of three consecutive Grammy Awards in the category Best Contemporary Blues Album) and at 5.45 p.m. Sam Fender (one of the most promising and successful young British singer-songwriters of recent years and winner of a Brit Award in 2022 in the category Best British Alternative/Rock Act).

So that the public can experience this great event in the best possible way, all this information and every detail on the organisation of the live shows are available, divided by city, collected in the free dedicated app "Barley Arts X Bruce'. Conceived by Barley Arts, developed by AJepCom, it is available in both Italian and English, and can be downloaded at App Store e Play Store, and from 12 international stores (in France, Germany, UK, USA, China, Thailand, among others) in the language of the country.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE CONCERT INFO?
On the free Barley Arts X Bruce app downloadable on the App Store and Play Store, and from 12 international stores in the country's language.
WHAT ARE THE INPUTS?
The two entrances are both located on Via della Canapa. A first reception area called the 'village area' will open from the afternoon of 17 May to welcome the first fans, who will be provided with refreshments and toilets. To enter the village area there will be a visual ticket check. Once access has been gained to this area, it will not be possible to leave.
IS THE CONCERT TICKET NOMINAL?
Yes, the concert ticket is nominal to the user. The name on the ticket must match that of the person who will attend the concert.
IS IT COMPULSORY TO CARRY AN IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT?
Yes it is compulsory as security personnel will check your ticket and ID before entering the Comfort Area from 08.00 on 18 May.
CAN I CHANGE MY NAME AT THE CASH DESK ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW?
No
WHAT ARE TOKENS USED FOR?
In order to purchase food and drinks in the Comfort Area and the concert area, tokens must be purchased at the dedicated cash desks. Tokens can be purchased using cash or POS as a method of payment.
WHAT WILL BE THE VALUE OF EACH TOKEN?
The value of each token is ā¬ 2.00
THE FOOD & BEVERAGE PRICE LIST IS SET IN EVEN NUMBERS?
Yes, prices range from a minimum of 2 euros to a maximum of 12 euros (2,4,6,8 and 12 euros) depending on the different types of supply (2 euros for the water bottle)

The Comfort area you passed through to enter will remain open for at least 2 hours after the end of the concert with Food & Beverage. You will be asked to move to this area so that the concert area can be emptied, where you can spend any leftover tokens.

WHAT IS THE COMFORT ZONE?
After passing the nominal ticket control and security checks, the public will access an area called the Comfort Area, equipped with food trucks, bars, official merchandising, toilets, an infopoint of the Municipality of Ferrara and Barley Arts, an area dedicated to relaxation, and an area dedicated to families and children. Once you have access to this area, you will no longer be able to leave. A sort of natural hall awaiting the opening of the concert area where the last ticket controls will take place.
HOW IS THE CONCERT AREA DIVIDED?
It is divided into several PITs/sectors. The sector you can access is the one indicated on your ticket (Pit A, B, C, D1-D2). It will not be possible to change sectors. Each pit is equipped with its own refreshment area, bar, merchandising and toilets in a number sufficient for the capacity of each sector. Once you have accessed the concert area, you will no longer be able to return to the Comfort Area.

If you have not made a reservation, we would like to remind you that parking spaces and places reserved for people with disabilities are sold out.
As per current regulations, concert tickets are nominal to the user. Access to the concert is only permitted if the ticket bears the name of the person who actually enters the concert; the security personnel will request proof of identity to carry out the check.
Only one name change per ticket is possible, to be carried out on the site of the same ticket office that issued it.

Should you no longer be able to attend the concert, you can make use of the fan-to-fan resale platform of the individual authorised sales circuits Ticketone, Ticketmaster e Vivaticket. A ticket may only be resold on the site of the same sales circuit that issued it.
As always, we strongly advise the public against using Secondary Ticketing circuits.
Access is permitted only to persons with disabilities who have applied through official Barley Arts channels (via form on the website and/or email) and have received confirmation, ticket and information from the Organiser.
Please note that parking spaces and places reserved for people with disabilities are sold out.
Persons with disabilities who have not received explicit confirmation and/or a ticket directly from the organiser will not be admitted to the concert.

Frecciarossa, the official train of the tour, provides the public with dedicated trains that offer the opportunity to return home comfortably immediately after the concert.

From Ferrara to Milano Centrale on 19/05/2023 at 02:00 with a stop in Bologna Centrale (02:25) and arrival in Milano Centrale at 03:40. Tickets for this train can be purchased on all Trenitalia sales channels.
From Ferrara to Padua on 19/05/2023 at 01:35 with stops in Rovigo (01:51), Terme Euganee (02:16) and arrival in Padua at 02:28. The ticket is free for Ferrara concert ticket holders.
Train 1751 from Ferrara to Bologna on 19/05/2023 at 01:10 (without intermediate stops) with arrival in Bologna Centrale at 01:40. Tickets can be purchased at a cost of ā¬ 5.20 on Trenitalia, TPER and at Ferrara station, which will be open on the night of the concert
