It opens today with the guitar flair of Jeff Beck the high-profile catwalk of the Pistoia Blues. Four days of great musicians, including John Mayall (14 July) and Joe Bonamassa (15 ) not to mention the only Italian date of Gregg Allman (14 July)for the first time in our country after a 30-year honourable career.
For Bonamassa and Mayall, Pistoia will not be the only Italian stop. For the young Italo-American bluesman, the Tuscan city will be the starting point of a seven-date tour (the photo shows the cover of his forthcoming album), while for the historic leader of the Bluesbrakers there will be five stops in Italy.
