THE SECOND EDITION OF THE 'STREEAT FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL' KICKS OFF IN MILAN

Launching tomorrow in Milan, the second edition of the STREEAT FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL which, following the success of the first event with over 15,000 visitors, dedicates three days to the best travelling food on wheels.

 

These are some of the on-the-road delicacies that can be tasted at the Carroponte (via Granelli 1, Sesto San Giovanni), Friday 26, Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September:

Fast, Cheap, Gourmet, Design e Spirit on the road and coexist on the trucks, which are set up as veritable itinerant kitchensIt offers a unique, innovative and contemporary gastronomic experience.

For three days, food will be the absolute protagonist: not only through the pleasures of the palate, but also in a series of side events such as workshops, presentations, music e entertainment:

Friday will be presented "The Tale of Beer by Matteo Zamorani Alzetta (Vallardi Editore), a book that in four chapters accompanies readers to discover the origins of beer, its history and craft production in Italy.

Saturday and Sunday ACTIONAIDthe independent international organisation committed to the fight against poverty, is organising for the first time a 'World Cup'.area dedicated to children with workshops and games for children, introduced by a short playful presentation with photos and stories from the Global South.

Sundayin a special show cooking, the chef Luca Catalfamo by Ramen House will trace the ancient origins of Ramen and the method of preparation..

 

STREEAT FOOD TRUCK Festival is an event organised by Barley Arts Promotion srl, a historic promoter of concerts and shows since 1979, and by Buono-Food & Events, a young company operating in the field of food-events, specialising in the promotion of small and medium-sized artisan producers.
