ANDREAS VOLLENWEIDER:

The great Swiss composer Andreas Vollenweider comes Saturday 27 October at Milan Conservatoryhis only Italian date, long awaited by his admirers. He will be in Milan to present his latest work with its emblematic title, 25 Yearsa best of his prestigious career. Let us therefore expect Vollenweider traces the best stages of his artistic life. Judged by many to be the father of the New Age, Vollenweider prefers to call himself a simple composer of contemporary music.
Joining him on stage will be three other musicians: drums, ethnic percussion and keyboards, while the Swiss artist will play both electric and Chinese harp.
