The London-based collective of Archive today announces its most ambitious tour. The Call To Arms & Angels Tour will take place between October and November 2022 and will see the band on the stages of Europe's most prestigious venues, including a show at the Accor Arena in Paris, a final show at London's EartH Hall and two dates in Italy: Tuesday 8 November 2022 at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome e Wednesday 9 November at Santeria Toscana 31 in Milan. I tickets for performances will be available on the circuits Ticketone (both dates) and Ticketmaster (Milan only) from 10 a.m. on Friday 18 March.
In addition to announcing the tour, the band today publishes We Are The Samethe latest single from the highly anticipated album Call To Arms & Angels which will be released on8 April. About the song, the vocalist Holly Martin declares 'We Are The Sametalks about how we are trapped in a divided society, where we see the things we hate most in others but are unable to recognise them in ourselves... We are all different, but we all become the same when we conform'. The song is an integral part of the album's narrative, which confronts an extraordinary historical period of global pandemic and eroded freedoms; you can already pre-order the album and bundle.
Next 2 April the Archive will stream on Moment House Super8: A Call To Arms & Angels, a documentary on the making of the album; all proceeds from the online premiere will be donated to the Disaster Emergency Committee's Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. Tickets are available at MomentHouse.
