Marina Cuollo is a writer, radio speaker, presenter and content creator who deals with discrimination, prejudice and the representation of disability in the media, with a unique insight and irony. She has published two books with Sperling & Kupfer e Fandango and collaborates with various publications including Vanity Fair.
Michela Giraud is one of Italy's most popular stand-up comedienne, actress, presenter and owner of her own Comedy Special at Netflixthe first by an Italian female comedian. In 2022, she won the title of TV personality of the season at BCTthe International Film and TV Festival.
Monday 3 July from 21:15 to Elfo Puccini Theatre by Milan, Cuollo e Giraud will be on stage together for the first time for a Comedy Night unpublished and never before presented in public: more than an hour of stories, anecdotes, confessions and jokes, confronting each other through their careers, their comedy and what comedy can do for the representation of the most marginalised categories. They will talk about what irony means in their lives, and how it can serve to break down prejudice and discrimination. And above all, they will do so while having fun and entertaining us, in an unpredictable cavalcade between two of the brightest and sharpest minds of their generation.
