POLLSTAR, the American magazine specialising in the live music industry, has just released its 2004 rankings, in which Barley Arts ranks high in both the TOP 100 Promoters and the TOP 100 INTERNATIONAL TOUR, this as producer and organiser of the 2004 tour of RENATO ZERO.
Specifically, BARLEY ARTS placed 14th in terms of number of tickets sold in the TOP 100 Promoters list, 1st of independent promoters in Europewith tours of BRYAN ADAMS, RUSH, DREAM THEATER, NORAH JONES, LIMP BIZKIT, D12, CURE, RAF, PIERO PELU' and RENATO ZEROamong others.
For its part, the tour of RENATO ZERO, placed 31st in the TOP 100 TOURS IN THE WORLD list in terms of number of tickets sold. In addition, the double concert at the Olimpico (24 and 25 June 2004) is at the 4th place by number of tickets sold and 14th for revenue achieved in the TOP 100 INTERNATIONAL TOUR (international tours outside the USA), and still ranks among the top 40 in the world.
Also on the list are concerts by Sansiro (29 May, 40th place), Florence's Stadio Franchi (10 June, 59th place), the four evenings at Rome's Palalottomatica (2, 3, 8 and 9 November, 46th place) and the three at Florence's Mandela Forum (5, 6 and 13 November, 82nd place).
