TICKETS ON SALE FOR THE ONLY CONCERT OF ARGENTINIAN ROCK BAND LOS PIOJOS

Thursday 29 April LOS PIOJOS, Argentina's biggest rock band, arrive at the Rainbow Club in Milan (Via Besenzanica 3, corner of Forze Armate) for the first time in their ten-year career in Italy. If you don't know who Argentinean Los Piojos are, then try to imagine the Monumental Stadium in Buenos Aires filled with 70,000 screaming people, not for a River Plate match but for a single band on stage. This band is called Los Piojos, and they are to this day a true rock institution in Argentina. Having achieved public and critical success thanks to a powerful blend of classic rock and traditional music from their country, Los Piojos turned their career around at an anti-racism festival in Paris, where they found themselves playing with the Mano Negra, perhaps the group that comes closest to the musical concept of Los Piojos. Hence the first album of their career, Chac tu Chac, followed in 1994 by Ay Ay. New albums followed over the years in the name of social commitment and under the banner of a powerful and direct live performance.
Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Pupi foundation that helps disadvantaged children in South America Pupi Foundation),

Tickets are available from today in ticketone pre-sales outlets and on the website www.ticketone.it.
