Barley Arts is sorry to announce that the only Italian date of the Bluescheduled for Sunday 11 October at Alcatraz in Milan, was deleted along with the rest of the European tour due to the health condition of Lee Ryan. Ryan in fact underwent surgery on his vocal cords last August and is forced to stay at rest. The tour will be resumed after a period of convalescence.
Those who have already bought tickets for the Milan concert can request their refund in the following manner:
- Tickets purchased at a Ticketone or Vivaticket point of saleThe refund may be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the venueThe refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier service: the customer must send the tickets by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt by 31 October 2015 at the latest (postmarked) to the address TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).
The deadlines for claiming reimbursement are set strictly by 31 October 2015 at the latest.
