BON JOVI: THE TOUR CONTINUES, WAITING FOR RICHIE'S RETURN

In response to questions about guitarist Richie Sambora and Bon Jovi's upcoming live engagements, the band released the following statement a few hours ago:

"The support for Richie from us is total. He is, and will continue to be, a member of Bon Jovi. Although he will be absent from concerts to come, we all look forward to his return to the stage in good health. In the meantime we will keep our commitments to the fans by continuing the tour as planned".

Out of respect for Richie, Bon Jovi will make no further statements.

The band led by Jon Bon Jovi is currently engaged in some concerts in the United States and is expected in Europe starting on 8 June, when the Bon Jovi Open Air Tour 2011 will make its debut in Zagreb. The date with the Italian public is at the Udine Stadium on Sunday 17 July, where 35,000 fans have already secured their places.
