CARAVAN PALACE return to Italy in November for a unique autumn date

A few weeks after their Milan summer concert, the Caravan Palace announce a new date in Italy, Thursday 24 November at the Estragon in Bologna for a single autumn date. Pre-sales for the concert will be on from from 11 a.m. on Friday 29 July on circuit TicketOne and related outlets.

A seven-piece band based in Paris appreciated for the originality and contagious energy of their live performances, characterised by a gypsy feel and pulsating rhythms, the Caravan Palace bring their third studio album to the stage (also known as Robot Face), released last October. The album follows the eponymous 2008 debut Caravan Palacewhich soon entered the Top 20 best-selling albums in France, and the second album Panicfrom 2012. The sounds of Caravan Palaceinspired by artists as disparate as Django Reinhardt, Vitalic, Cab Calloway, Justice and Daft PunkThey mix swing, jazz, manouche and electronica from a retro-futurist perspective, drawing on the past to write the music of tomorrow and beyond.
