The English singer-songwriter Charlie Winston comes to Italy to present his latest work "Curio City"(AFishant Records). There are two dates on the peninsula: Tuesday 21 April at Biko in Milan and Wednesday 22 April at Locomotiv Club in Bologna. The brother Tom Baxter will open both shows. Charlie Winston's career started early: he played bass in "Feather And Stone"his brother Tom's album, and performs with him in London theatre productions. His first solo album, the self-produced "Make Way"(2007), met with critical acclaim and gave him the opportunity to open concerts by Peter Gabriel during the 2007 European tour. Public success came two years later, when Winston released "Hobo"(Real World Records, 2009), which was a resounding success in France: with over 400,000 copies sold, it went triple platinum and reached number one in the charts.
