On Monday 20 April, English singer-songwriter Charlie Winston lands in Italy to present his latest work 'Curio City' (AFishant Records/Sony) by participating in the TV show Gazebo (live on RaiTre at 23.00). The next day it will be time for the Italian tour, which will see Winston and band on Tuesday 21 April at Biko in Milan and Wednesday 22 April at Locomotiv Club in Bologna. Tickets are available on the Ticketone and points of sale Vivaticket.
Charlie Winston's career started early: he played bass on his brother Tom's album 'Feather And Stone' and performed with him in London theatre productions. His first solo album, the self-produced 'Make Way' (2007), was a critical success and gave him the opportunity to open for Peter Gabriel during the 2007 European tour. Public success came two years later, when Winston released 'Hobo' (Real World Records, 2009), which was a resounding success in France: with more than 400,000 copies sold, it achieved three platinum records and reached number one in the charts.
