CIAO SERGIO - CLAUDIO TROTTA REMEMBERS SERGIO PIAZZOLI

Sergio Piazzoli, a historic Umbrian promoter and a great friend of Barley Arts, passed away last night.
This is how Claudio Trotta remembers him:
"... Sergio, now how can we drink and eat and laugh together? We've done it so many times, the two of us together or with so many artists who have given us all kinds of trouble, at Umbertide with TUO Rockin In Umbria, with Style Council and Working Week, with Jesus and Mary Chain, up to Villa Fidelio with Negramaro, at Umbria Jazz with Bruce and the Seeger Session Band, and when, thanks to you, they opened the doors of the Basilica of Assisi to us the night before the concert and we enjoyed every second of what was happening... And it's not over yet. I remember the many concerts we did together at the Palazzo dello Sport in Perugia, at the Stadium, at the Morlacchi Theatre and in many other locations with the various Renato Zero, Ligabue, Peter Hammill, Tom Robinson and many others ....how do I do it now? you are one of the last true and romantic ones around..now how do I do it? you tell me, or rather... do you know how I do it? :-)) smiling at you, thinking of the wonderful common memories that we have and that nothing and nobody will take away from us...bye Sergio...see you.
