"Fast on Wheels"is the tour that will bring D.A.D. to Italy for two dates, one on 24 February 2012 at the R'n'R Arena in Romagnano Sesia (NO) and one on 25 February at Rock Planet in Pinarella di Cervia (RA).
After 'Monster Philosphy'released in 2008 and presented in Italy two years ago, the D.A.D. return with a new album, "DIC.NII.LAN.DAFT.ERD.ARK"produced by Nick Foss. The album is scheduled to be released on 11 November 2011. "I Want What She's Got " is the first single extracted.
Raw guitars, engaging riffs and a particular propensity not to neglect the melodic side of their compositions: these are the ingredients of the Danish hard heavy band.
"DIC.NII.LAN.DAFT.ERD.ARK"is characterised by melancholic Scandinavian melodies reminiscent of classic rock from the 1970s. The current line-up sees the two brothers Binzer (Jesper vocals/guitar, Jacob lead guitar), Stig Petersen on bass and Laust Sonne on drums. The 'bastard' sons of AC/DC, D.A.D. have enjoyed great success since 1989 when the album 'No Fuel Left for the Pilgrims"which took them to the top of the European and US charts, establishing them as one of the biggest hard rock acts of the 1990s.
